Ashtanga Yoga habe ich in Thailand kennengelernt. Für mich war es sofort wie Bestimmung und ein großes Geschenk. Es hat mich sofort in den Bann gezogen und ich war sofort begeistert! Und seit dem hat mich diese Energie nicht mehr losgelassen. Durch tägliches üben vertiefe ich meine Praxis und fühle mich fit, ausgeglichener und belastbarer.
